Until you meet this amount, you will pay for most services. Deductibles are calculated per person and by plan year.

Things to know:

• Services not covered by your plan, monthly premiums, copays, and coinsurance payments do NOT count toward the deductible.

• There may be separate deductibles for medical services and prescriptions

• There will be different deductibles for in-network and out-of-network providers.

Generally, plans with lower monthly premiums have higher deductibles. Plans with higher monthly premiums usually have lower deductibles.
