In-network doctors, hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and facilities work with your health insurance plan and maintain a contract for their services to provide you care at a negotiated rate. You will pay less for services provided by an in-network health provider than one that is out-of-network. And some health insurance plans will not pay for out-of-network services.
